I have been a Teacher Consultant for the Visually Impaired for 40 years. I have always been looking for a collection of books for my really young Children with CVI. Little Dandelion does just that. Thanks Amy and Rachel!!
This particular book would be perfect for learning their colors with such a high contrast, simple pictures it is perfect any young child with a visual impairement or not. Parents and staff will really enjoy this book.

This was a fun read and great for counting to five. Book kept toddler visually interested.

My toddler granddaughter loves all of these books. Such fun rhymes, such vibrant pictures! Every scheduled play date I replace our coffee table books with the color series…Ruby (yes a color herself!) loves choosing them and reading each again and again. Tonight her favorite was Everything Purple and guess what …it’s no longer in her Mimi’s home. I guess it’s time to reorder! This book and others like it in this series are amazing for children with Low Vision or cortical visual impairment. It’s so easy to see each object on the page and discuss related themes about the object. The dark background really is helpful for students to see what’s in the foreground. Wonderful wonderful book and tool for students with Low Vision. !!! Actually, this is fun for all students of all abilities. It really prompts great discussions about the seasons.

My toddler loved this book! He made me read it to him at least 5 times before he would go to bed. He loves playing hide and seek and this book is perfect for fostering his imagination.

I love this entire series! Each book is thoughtfully designed with a CVI-informed approach, making them both engaging and accessible. They make a wonderful gift for children of varying abilities. I enjoy reading them as much as my son does!
