Welcome to Little Dandelion Press, LLC ("Little Dandelion Press," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of littledandelionpress.com (the "Site") and your purchase and use of products and services offered through the Site.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

For additional terms governing ebooks, printables, and other digital downloads, please see our Digital Products Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the Site or another person's use of it;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, systems, or networks connected to the Site;

  • Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scraping technologies to access, copy, collect, or extract content or data from the Site without our written permission;

  • Use the Site or its content for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes; or

  • Violate the intellectual property or other rights of Little Dandelion Press or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, page designs, downloadable materials, digital assets, educational resources, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Little Dandelion Press, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our books, digital files, educational resources, illustrations, photographs, and other published materials may not be reproduced, copied, republished, uploaded, distributed, sold, modified, or used to create derivative works except as expressly permitted by law or with prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any copyright or other intellectual property rights associated with that product.

Digital products may be subject to additional license and usage restrictions described in our Digital Products Terms of Use.

3. Educational and Informational Purposes

Little Dandelion Press publishes books and educational resources designed to support learning, accessibility, literacy, development, and related educational goals.

Our products and website content are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to constitute medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal, or other professional advice.

Information provided by Little Dandelion Press should not be used as a substitute for individualized guidance from a qualified medical provider, therapist, educator, vision professional, or other appropriate professional.

Individual needs and outcomes vary, and we do not guarantee that any particular product, strategy, or resource will be appropriate or effective for every child or individual.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, availability information, and other content.

However, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes, and minor variations in color, printing, binding, dimensions, materials, or appearance may occur due to differences in printing, manufacturing, display settings, or production methods.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. A previous price, screenshot, shopping cart, estimate, or other representation of pricing does not guarantee that the same price will remain available at a later date.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

School and Institutional Quotes

Written quotes issued directly by Little Dandelion Press may contain their own pricing, expiration dates, payment terms, shipping terms, or other conditions.

When a written quote conflicts with general website pricing, the terms of the valid written quote will control for the products and quantities covered by that quote during the quote's stated validity period.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute a guarantee that an order will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

  • Pricing or product listing errors;

  • Product unavailability;

  • Payment problems;

  • Shipping or fulfillment limitations; or

  • Orders that violate these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

7. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Little Dandelion Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Additional information regarding shipping, processing, cancellations, and order issues is available in our Shipping & Return Policy.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All sales are final once the business day on which an order was placed has ended.

Orders may be cancelled on the same business day they are placed, provided the cancellation request is received before the order has entered production or fulfillment.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, or once the business day on which the order was placed has ended, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except as otherwise provided in our Shipping & Return Policy or required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Custom, personalized, and bulk orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or delivered, subject to applicable law and our Digital Products Terms of Use.

Please review our Shipping & Return Policy for complete details regarding cancellations, damaged or incorrect products, and refunds.

9. Digital Products

Ebooks, printables, downloadable resources, and other digital products are licensed, not sold, except where otherwise required by law.

Purchasing a digital product does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, upload, publicly post, or commercially exploit the product unless the applicable license expressly allows such use.

For complete licensing and usage requirements, please review our Digital Products Terms of Use.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, payment processors, shipping providers, or other platforms.

Little Dandelion Press does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies established by those providers.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of its content or products beyond any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Dandelion Press, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site, products, services, or content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Dandelion Press, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

14. Privacy

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or purchases made through the Site shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, policies, or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
