Little Dandelion Press works with schools, school districts, libraries, therapy centers, clinics, nonprofits, and other organizations purchasing books and educational resources.
Whether you're ordering multiple copies of one title, building a classroom or therapy library, or selecting a variety of books for your organization, we're happy to help make the purchasing process as simple as possible.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are available on orders of 30 or more books.
Your 30-book minimum can include a combination of eligible Little Dandelion Press titles, so you do not need to order 30 copies of the same book to qualify.
Discounts may vary depending on the quantity, titles, formats, and fulfillment requirements of your order.
If you're purchasing 30 or more books, we recommend requesting a quote before placing your order online so we can provide applicable volume pricing and determine the most cost-effective fulfillment and shipping options for your order.

- School or organization name
- Contact name and email address
- Titles and quantities requested
- Preferred format, if applicable
- Shipping location
- Tax-exempt status, if applicable
- Whether you plan to pay at the time of purchase or submit a purchase order
- Any additional purchasing requirements we should know about
If you already have a list, spreadsheet, cart screenshot, or purchase request showing the products you'd like to order, let us know in your message and we can work with you to gather the necessary information.
Quotes are valid for 90 days from the date issued, giving your school or organization time to complete its internal approval and purchasing process.
Purchase Orders & Net 30 Terms
Little Dandelion Press accepts purchase orders from qualifying schools and organizations.
Approved schools and organizations may be eligible for deferred payment terms of up to Net 30, meaning payment is due no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
Purchase orders and Net 30 terms are subject to approval and availability. Because deferred-payment orders require Little Dandelion Press to fulfill an order before payment is received, the number and value of Net 30 orders we can accommodate at any given time may be limited.
We reserve the right to approve, limit, or decline deferred-payment requests based on factors including order value, outstanding balances, payment history, and current deferred-payment capacity. If Net 30 terms are unavailable, prepayment may be required to proceed with the order.
Approval of Net 30 terms for a previous purchase does not guarantee approval for future orders.
Shipping on Purchase Orders
Orders placed using a purchase order with deferred payment are subject to shipping charges. Applicable shipping costs will be included in your quote and invoice.
Our website's free shipping offer on orders over $65 applies only to qualifying orders paid in full at the time of purchase through our online store.
Free shipping does not apply to purchase orders or other approved deferred-payment arrangements, regardless of order total.
Tax-Exempt Purchasing
Little Dandelion Press works with qualifying tax-exempt schools and organizations.
If your organization is tax-exempt, please let us know when requesting your quote and provide a valid tax-exemption certificate or other required documentation.
Please contact us before placing your order so we can verify your tax-exempt documentation and ensure the order is processed correctly.
Orders Under 30 Books
Orders of fewer than 30 books do not qualify for volume discounts and can generally be placed directly through our online store.
Schools and organizations paying at the time of purchase may place these orders through the website and receive any shipping promotions for which the order qualifies.
If your organization requires a formal quote, purchase order, or approved deferred-payment arrangement for an order of fewer than 30 books, please contact us. We're happy to work with your organization's purchasing requirements.
Please note that purchase orders and other deferred-payment arrangements are subject to shipping charges regardless of order total.

How long will our order take?
In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days. Most Little Dandelion Press products are printed to order and typically require 8–10 business days for production before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional.
Can we order fewer than 30 books with a purchase order?
Yes, subject to purchase order approval. Orders under 30 books simply do not qualify for volume discounts.
