RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within the following guidelines:
- Return Window: Items must be shipped for return within 7 days of receipt
- Eligible Items: Books must be in unused, resalable condition
- Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, printables, custom or bulk orders
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Refunds on Digital Downloads
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
