Count with Me

Count with Me

By Amy Shepherd, M.Ed.
8.5" x  8.5" • 28 pages • Paperback available

A joyful way to explore numbers, visual access, and early concepts—together.

Count with Me is a playful, inclusive counting book created for children who learn differently. From 1 to 10, each page introduces a new number using high-contrast images, rhythmic text, and purposeful design—supporting early math, matching, and visual attention skills for learners with and without visual impairment.

Each number is shown clearly on its own, then within a familiar scene, helping children build tolerance for visual complexity and connect meaning to what they see or feel. With optional image descriptions and simple, predictable language, this book invites caregivers and educators to meet children exactly where they are.

Perfect for young learners, classrooms, early intervention, and therapy spaces.
