Can individuals with CVI (Cortical Vision Impairment) color? My thought and experience is yes, anyone can color but those with CVI do have a more difficult time seeing images on traditional coloring pages. That is why this coloring book is designed with a black background for individuals with low vision and/or CVI to be able to see the image more clearly.
This is filled with 44 unique 8x10 coloring pages all with a black background and one animal (each lined in a BOLD solid color) per page. The animal itself has a white interior space to apply color (as shown on the cover of the coloring book). The left page is intentionally left blank as not to distract from the coloring image on the right page.
This series is truly a first of its kind and opens the doors to anyone with low vision/CVI to be able to explore a new creative outlet. Wishing you all a wonderful creative coloring experience.
This is a great option for children, adults and seniors with low vision or CVI.

Our books are printed to order and shipped standard to help keep costs low. Media Mail delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
- Paperback, Hardcover, and Spiral bound books: Please allow approximately 6-12 business days for processing and printing.. Longer during holiday season
- If we have your items in-stock at the time of order, they will be shipped out within 4-5 business day.
If your order contains both in-stock and printed-to-order items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship together.

My son has cortical vision impairment and he thrives on contrast colors and he absolutely love this book and it made it a lot easier for him to be able to color with a dark background contrasting the animal that he would color and it has been a wonderful addition to his learning
This is very helpful for my students, I love how accessible she has made coloring! You can easily tear out the pages and use a light board if needed! Love everything about it!
